Unidentified Shrimp in Tube Sponge - Belize

I believe this is a Red Night Shrimp. I photographed this litte guy on a night dive.
He appears to be playing hide and seek with me in a small tube sponge.
The spiny whips in the background are Spiny Brittle Star legs.
